World statistics congress 2025

Full coverage or Conference highlights? A tough decision for every event organizer. What is the difference though?

A woman with red hair is standing at a podium speaking at a conference or event. She is wearing a blue blazer and has a lanyard around her neck. The podium displays a logo with the letters "US" in white on a pink background. There are two microphones on the podium, and the background is dark with some curtains and a large pink screen.

Conference highlights

An event highlight video (aftermovie) is the most common request: a 60–180 second, impactful cut of your conference or congress that captures its spirit, brand identity, and story through key moments, crowd shots, pacing, music, and optional voiceover. When done well, it’s sharp, on-brand, built for sharing, and excels at distilling the event’s energy, tone, and atmosphere into a fast-moving, mood-driven edit.

Full event coverage

Full video coverage isn’t one-size-fits-all; for this project, the key question was what the client needed beyond an aftermovie. We delivered multiple interviews for different purposes—an interview-style introduction shown throughout the venue, plus two interviews that complemented the aftermovie—alongside comprehensive visual coverage designed to support the client’s broader marketing strategy, from interviews and aftermovies to short clips for the website and social media in the months that followed.

Below is what we produced: Three interviews for WSC 2025, all with a different purpose

What did the client have to say?

  • “ Our collaboration with Tyron from BEARRR was an absolute asset from the very beginning. Tyron is not only a fantastic and flexible videographer, but also a versatile creative who effortlessly switches between filming and photography when the assignment requires it. His warm, open demeanor immediately puts you at ease, making the process not only professional but also truly enjoyable. What impressed us most was his deep understanding of the project. Tyron listens attentively to the initial idea, asks the right questions, and then offers suggestions that elevate the concept to an even higher level. "
